We adapt entirely to your needs. We come to you or you send the device to us. If you opt for on-site repair, we bring enough spare parts with us to be prepared for all eventualities. |
We only use original parts. For discontinued devices for which spare parts are no longer available, we use equivalent, reconditioned parts. |
Once the repair is complete, we remain on site until you are satisfied with the test results for your system. For repairs carried out in our workshop, every device is thoroughly tested before it leaves our premises. |
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Here you will find a selection of frequently asked questions. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please call us or send us an email.
The device has an internal error. This is usually caused by the device being old or high temperatures inside the device due to a fan failure. The device must be repaired. If you would like to send it in, you can find the return form here.
If you have a second, similar converter, try its display. If that does not help, check the external wiring for a short circuit and the internal fuses for integrity. If the error persists, the device itself is damaged and must be repaired. Either send the converter to us and receive your cost estimate within a few days, or we will send one of our technicians to solve the problem on site!
F22 means that the thermal sensor has been triggered by the motor or, as in most cases, is not connected. If you do not want to use it, simply bridge control terminal F21 (+24V) to control terminal F19 (PTC input), press the Stop/Reset button, and the inverter is ready for operation. If the motor PTC is connected, the wiring must be checked at F22.
As soon as unexplained, unacknowledged, or recurring error messages appear, you should have the device checked to avoid system downtime. One or more stationary fans also mean that service is urgently needed. Most damage results from fan failure and the resulting heat load.
All electronic components slowly lose their characteristic values after years of continuous operation. Wear and tear is usually only noticed when it is too late, so prevention is essential.
If your converter has been in continuous operation for 5 years, it is advisable to replace the internal and external fans, depending on the environmental conditions. After about 10 years, the DC link capacitors should be checked and replaced if necessary.
